Compact Marine Courtesy Lighting with Red or White Illumination
This dual-color LED courtesy light provides selectable red or white illumination from the same compact fitting. Designed for indoor and outdoor marine use, it is ideal for decks, steps, stairs, cockpit areas, hatches and ladders where discreet low-level lighting improves visibility.
With its IP67 waterproof rating, the light is suited to marine environments. The polycarbonate lens diffuses the light evenly, reducing direct glare while maintaining a clean and discreet appearance on board.

The compact 19 mm installation format makes these lights suitable for areas where a larger conventional courtesy light would be too bulky. Their low electrical consumption also makes them practical for continuous or frequent use on 12V and 24V boat electrical systems.
Pack of 2: two matching courtesy lights are supplied, making them particularly useful for symmetrical installations on steps, companionways, cockpit sides, ladders or opposite sides of a deck.

Simple 3-Wire Red / White LED Wiring
Each courtesy light uses three wires: one positive connection for the red LED, one positive connection for the white LED and one common ground connection.
Wiring Connections
- 🔴 Red wire: Red LED
- ⚪ White wire: White LED
- ⚫ Black wire: Ground
Apply a positive signal to the red wire to activate the red LED or to the white wire to activate the white LED. Both colors share the same black ground connection.
Flexible Control Options
Because the red and white LEDs have separate positive wires, the light can be integrated into several types of marine electrical control systems.
The courtesy light can be controlled using an ON–ON switch, an ON–OFF–ON switch, a relay or a direct positive signal.
- Red and white controlled separately: each color has its own positive wire.
- Common ground: both LED colors share the black negative connection.
- Flexible switching: choose the control method that best suits the boat's electrical installation.
