Price and Catalog

• Products and their prices are specified on our website only.
• Prices are indicated in euros and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• The website serves as the primary reference, regularly updated to reflect any changes in product specifications.
• In case of confusion, it is the buyer's responsibility to seek clarification on any unclear points.

Discounts

• Discounts are available subject to specific agreements, which may be granted based on order volumes.

Order

• No minimum amount is required for orders.
• Delivery is free for orders over 100 euros in metropolitan France; for any other destination, shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the destinations.
• For products not listed in the catalog, a 33% deposit will be required.

Delivery Time

• Orders placed before 11:50 AM are shipped the same day.
• Goods are dispatched from our partner warehouse located near CDG Airport.
• Delivery times and transportation costs are calculated based on this origin.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the regions.
• Any delay in delivery cannot result in either order cancellation or payment of damages by us.

Transport

• The choice of carrier is made during the final step of the order.
• Goods always travel at the recipient's risk.
• It is the recipient's responsibility to make any claims to the carrier in case of receipt of damaged or broken products.

Complaints

• Goods are accompanied by a delivery note.
• In case of disagreement, our customers must inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
• Beyond 8 days, no claims regarding receipts will be accepted.

Return of Goods

• BAYWATT will not accept any return of goods made:
  • Freight collect (including customs for international customers)
  • Without prior agreement and without being accompanied by the return form downloadable. Link
  • More than one month after the date on the delivery note.
• Except in the case of delivery error on our part or prior agreement.
• Any return of goods will incur a minimum flat-rate fee, which equates to a deduction of 20% from the product's value upon refund.

Warranty

• Our warranty conditions vary for each product.
• On our website, you can consult the product sheet to check if it is still under warranty.
• Any replacement of goods made under warranty does not extend the initial duration of the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover assembly/disassembly costs.
• The warranty does not cover breakdowns resulting from improper use.

Payment

• For catalog products, payment can be made online at the time of ordering through our website and its secure payment platform, which accepts Visa, PayPal, and other major credit/debit cards.

Jurisdiction

• In case of dispute or contestation, the Commercial Court of La Rochelle has jurisdiction, regardless of the mode or place of ordering and delivery, even in the event of a warranty claim or plurality of defendants, despite any jurisdiction clause.
