One compact indicator, several instantly readable states. This 8mm RGB indicator light combines a marine-grade 316 stainless-steel body, IP67 protection and three independently controlled LED channels in a very small panel footprint. It is designed for boat dashboards, electrical panels, control boxes and other 12/24V DC systems where status information needs to remain clear at a glance.
More than three colors: use blue, green or red individually, energize blue + green together for a lagoon blue-green color, and use red as the priority indication. When red is powered together with blue or green, red visually takes over—ideal for an alarm or fault state that must remain obvious.
The colored states can be assigned to your own control logic. A practical marine setup is blue for standby or a low-light/night indication, green for normal operation, and red for an alarm or priority condition.
Use red for alarms, faults, shutdowns or any state that should override normal information. Red + blue displays red, and red + green displays red.
Blue can be assigned to standby, ready status or a softer night indication on a dashboard. If a red alert is triggered at the same time, red takes visual priority.
Green is a natural choice for ON, running, charging or normal-operation feedback. A simultaneous red signal remains dominant for immediate alert recognition.
Power the blue and green channels together and the indicator produces a distinctive lagoon blue-green color—useful as a fourth status without adding another pilot light.
| Channels Powered | Visible Color | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|
| 🔵 Blue | Blue | Standby / night indication |
| 🟢 Green | Green | Running / normal operation |
| 🔴 Red | Red | Alarm / fault / priority state |
| 🔵 Blue + 🟢 Green | 🩵 Lagoon | Additional status / ready state |
| 🔴 Red + 🔵 Blue | 🔴 Red | Red priority |
| 🔴 Red + 🟢 Green | 🔴 Red | Red priority |
| 🔴 Red + 🔵 Blue + 🟢 Green | 🔴 Red | Red priority |
Use different colors for standby, running and alarm feedback on an automatic bilge pump or pump-control circuit.
Assign blue to a low-light or night indication, green to normal operation and red to a priority warning on compact marine dashboards.
Provide clear visual feedback for chargers, DC/DC converters, inverters, battery circuits and auxiliary electrical equipment.
Suitable for status indication on exposed enclosures, pontoons, catways, industrial panels and off-road vehicle dashboards.
The RGB LED uses a common cathode: one common negative connection is shared by the LED, while the red, green and blue channels can be controlled independently. This makes it possible to create the four useful visual states above directly from your switching or control logic.
Design note: the indicator is a signaling device, not a load-switching device. Keep the LED circuit within its 12–24V DC rating and use the appropriate relay, switch, fuse or circuit protection for the equipment being monitored or controlled.
