Product Description
This trim bezel is designed for Baywatt thermal circuit breakers (60A–300A) and ensures a professional, secure, and waterproof installation on marine electrical panels. Acting as a support bracket, a fixing collar, and a sealing gasket, it keeps breakers firmly mounted while protecting wiring and connections from water and vibration. Built for demanding marine environments, it delivers both mechanical reinforcement and reliable sealing.
✅ Compatible with Baywatt thermal circuit breakers: CBL60I, CBL120I, CBL200I, CBL250I, CBL300I
✅ Support bracket & fixing collar for clean, secure panel mounting
✅ Integrated sealing gasket (IP67) – protects against spray, humidity, and saltwater exposure
✅ Reinforces the panel cutout to prevent wear and deformation over time
✅ Marine-grade construction – UV-resistant, vibration-proof, corrosion-proof
✅ Quick replacement from the front without removing wiring
✅ Mounts easily on wood, GRP, or metal panels
This trim bezel is ideal for breaker mounting in critical on-board locations:
⚓ Cockpit breaker and switch panels – near navigation instruments
⚓ Engine compartment – resistant to vibration and oil exposure
⚓ Anchor/windlass breaker panels – secure installation near the winch control
⚓ Bilge pump breaker panels – waterproof sealing against splash and bilge humidity
⚓ Alarm motor panels – reliable integration alongside safety and warning devices
⚓ Cabin dashboards & auxiliary distribution boards – clean and professional finish
The Baywatt trim bezel reinforces the panel cutout and forms a tight seal that prevents water infiltration. By blocking spray and salt mist at the breaker entry point, it protects the rear terminals, Faston tabs, and cable insulation from corrosion and overheating.
Its rigid body also strengthens the mounting area, reducing stress caused by vibration and frequent breaker resets. Over time, if the bezel becomes heat-damaged or worn, it can be replaced quickly from the front of the panel without disturbing the harness or wiring. This ensures fast servicing and maintains long-term reliability of the marine electrical system.
Mount on a clean, flat panel surface for best sealing.
Do not over-tighten screws — allow the gasket to compress evenly.
Inspect bezel condition during annual service. Replace if cracked, flattened, or heat-aged.
Rinse with fresh water after heavy spray or salt exposure.
Do not use high-pressure washing at close range. It can lift the seal under the breaker lever and around the bezel, allowing water to seep behind the breaker. Once trapped, this moisture becomes the starting point of long-term corrosion and electrical faults.
