This integrated copper busbar and mounting bracket distributes a single DC supply to six stud-mount thermal breakers. It replaces hand-wired jumpers and stacked lugs to deliver a neat, consistent, and serviceable layout for 12 V / 24 V / 48 V systems. Breakers are purchased separately (auto-reset or manual-reset), allowing full flexibility to choose the right rating per circuit.
When several breakers share the same source, hand wiring with short jumpers often leads to variable torque, inconsistent contact quality, and unnecessary cable clutter. The integrated busbar replaces multiple links with one solid, factory-accurate connection that feeds all breaker inputs evenly. Power is delivered through a low-resistance, rigid path, making the panel cleaner, faster to assemble, and easier to inspect.

Note: Use appropriate conductor size, crimp tooling, overcurrent protection, and shielding/guards per your standards. Observe derating for ambient temperature and enclosure conditions.
Stud-mount thermal breakers, nuts/washers, cables, and protective covers are not included. Purchase breakers separately: auto-reset or manual-reset.
Designed for common stud-mount thermal breakers (manual-reset or auto-reset). Select breaker ratings per circuit as required by your loads and upstream supply. This busbar provides a common feed and does not limit your choice of ampere ratings.
